Purpose |
-
Purpose of the
machine is grinding of cylinders with diameter of 500 up to 2.000 mm
and length of L=500 up to 1.500 mm without unmounting the cylinders
from machine. Grinding is necessary because of unequal wear of the
cylinders coursed by pressure on them by the rotation furnace.
Grinding is necessary because there is unequally wear of the
cylinders, that causes problems in axial feed as a result of the
temperature dilatation of the material

Machine has
possibility to choice optimal feed depending of diameter and number
of turns of the cylinders. This is provide by frequency regulator
that is built in the machine.

Grinding is
performing during the furnace is working. Machine has possibility
for vertical and horizontal adjustment so parallelity is achieved
between cylinders axis and grinding wheel.
